Safi has 18+ years of experience working at the nexus of ESG, development and conflict for private firms and development agencies in countries around the world. Safi is a published thought leader and practitioner on social risk. She contributed to the World Development Report 2014 on Risk and Opportunity and World Bank flagship on Inclusion and Shared Prosperity and writes a regular blog for the Institute for Economics and Peace. She has worked for extractives, technology, coffee and consumer goods companies globally, managing social risk and community outreach as well as for the United Nations, World Bank, United States Institute of Peace and European Commission managing programs and policy on fragile and conflict contexts . Safi has a BSc and PhD from Kings’ College London in Social and Economic Geography and MSt (LLM) from Oxford University in International Human Rights Law.
Lead Developer and AnalystMilos is a talented statistician and programmer who has led development of our data platform and risk and results tracking tools. He has been transforming data for 6 years, working for a mining and metals company, one of the world’s largest software and hardware companies and academic institutions. Milos has expertise in range of analytical and visualization packages. He has a BSc in Economics and Statistics and MSc in Engineering from Belgrade University.
Lead Data Scientist
Danny brings world-class expertise on data science for development. He worked for the World Bank Bureacracy Lab and maintains his knowledge of cutting edge approaches to using data for targeted outcomes. Danny was part of the Development Aid Gateway team, pioneering a results monitoring and scorecard platform. He has also worked for Everis Management Consulting, USAID, and the World Bank South East Asia on algorithms for economic trends. Danny has a MPP from GWU in Data Science and International Development
